UX Master Thesis – Wave Energy

The internship is part of the HiWave-5 wave demonstration project, funded by the Swedish Energy Agency. 

Profile: We are looking for a student pursuing a Master’s degree in a related field (UX design, Interaction Design).You have a good understanding of large complex machines as well as a strong interest in user research and how it could be translated to an UI design. Out-of-the-box thinker with a creative mind and attention for details. Some knowledge of creating wire-frames and low-fidelity mock-ups is meriting.

  

Technical field: Software engineering

When:  Spring/Summer 2021, at least 3 months, preferably 5 to 6 months

 

 Objectives

  • Understand our application and analyze various possible user experience scenarios.
  • Come up with an information architecture that helps users find the information that they are looking for.
  • Suggest an UX and User interaction design for our application considering various factors such as Usability, User centered Design, Marketing, Accessibility, system performance etc.
  • Create an Information Architecture that describes the entire flow of our application wire-frames of various UI screens.
